A main/server copy is purchased and then you add any additional user licenses you require as you need them. Single User/Server Copy - £1500.00 + vat - including: CareFlex software for a single PC Installation of the software onto a single PC Half a days training 2 report changes to suit your organisation 1 year Technical Assistance for single PC Additional User Licence - £150.00 + vat - License for 1 other person/PC/user to access the system Sage 50 Acconts Link - £275.00 + vat - Integration from CareFlex to Sage 50 Accounts to post invoices for both private and social services Service Users. Sage 50 Payroll Link - £275.00 + vat - Integration from CareFlex to Sage 50 Payroll to 'post' pay details for Support Workers. 3 to 5 User Installation - £250.00 + vat - Additional installation time required for additional users onto the network and connected to the system. 6 to 10 User Installation - £350.00 + vat - Additional installation time required for additional users onto the network and connected to the system. Annual Support Contract This is charged at £350.00* + vat for the 'main/server' copy and then £55.00 + vat for each user license thereafter. For those customers using the Sage 50 Accounts or Sage 50 Payroll link, support for this link is charged at £65.00 + vat each. *for the first year **a special 12mth payment arrangement is available to start up agencies or agencies with less than 25 clients/carers.
