Log Manager
The log manager is designed to record all incidents that occur relating to support workers or service users. A log entry could be a care package change, it be could an action as a result of a supervision review, a complaint, a compliment, a record of concerns. The possibilities are limited only by how you want to record information. Like with the Activity Manager, this section allows you to monitor issues or incidents that may require follow up action, indicate whom is responsible for actioning them and display quickly and easily a history for a particular individual. Again this is an excellent administration tool that removes the use of paper or sticky notes on files and provides you with an accurate audit trail/history of that individual (great for Care Inspections).
