Invoicing

Whether you have a Sage 50 link or not, all invoices are processed within the invoicing module of CareFlex. Within this module the user would select the date range to be processed and the system would then display all the bookings included. The user simply selects those bookings they want to invoice and clicks on print (if they are processing within CareFlex) or invoice (if using the Sage 50 link). CareFlex will generate an invoice to be printed (where applicable) and moves the information to the invoiced tab. The user can then 'post' the information to Sage 50 Accounts or post to CareFlex, thus updating the invoice tab within the service user record.
