It is here that all activities relevant to both support workers and service users are held. An activity is something that could be a one off event like induction training or a repeatable item like Health & Safety training, risk assessments or supervision reviews. This section manages those activities, records history, details due dates, completion dates and when the next activity is due (if repeatable item). This allows you to plan effectively all your training and personnel requirements, displaying in advance what is due when and by whom. This is an excellent administration tool that removes the need of a paper trail, excel spreadsheet or word document to maintain accurate records.
